Ground wire is not needed unless you are using resistors to adjustment the blinking rate or instrument panel garbled. Connect one end of the resistor to ground wire on your turn signal harness from bike.

Connect the other end of resistor to both yellow wire from our taillight and positive turn signal your harness bike. If you are using the resistors, place one end of resistor in middle either channel along with wire.
