The ground wire is same color used on both turn signals. Ground wire is not needed unless you are using resistors to adjustment the blinking rate or instrument panel garbled. If you are using the resistors, place one end of resistor in middle either channel along with wire.

Connect the other end of resistor to both yellow wire from our taillight and positive turn signal your harness bike.
