Hash Pipes come in either a high quality chrome which matches Harley Davidson chrome, or black heat powder coating. The Hash Pipes logo plate is laser cut from bright stainless steel and attached with rivets for low maintenance. Over muffler body is made from 16-gauge steel with limited welds the chrome bodies are chromed oem chroming which used by the Harley Davidson factory, so finish matches on motorcycles. Hash Pipes equipped with baffles of 16-gauge steel louvered spiral cores and 14 gauge spun baffle supports.

The support cones used on baffles are made to specifications so fit snugly inside muffler body. It also helps the exhaust system run cooler. These cones are spun on forms to make the unique pattern which helps performance of internal baffle system. Patented vortex rod placement for optimal performance.

Outside muffler shell is spun one-piece metal construction. Bolts and washers included.
